Mockingbird Hill is a Sherry bar by night and coffee bar by day, inspired by the fortified wines of Jerez in the south of Spain and seasonal coffees from Africa and the Americas. Created by James Beard Award nominee Derek Brown, owner of The Passenger and Columbia Room, Mockingbird Hill is a place to gather, drink, eat and try something new. Just like the punk rock and new wave that inspired Derek to travel the world through its lyrics and spirit of adventure—Mockingbird Hill is named after the Clash song “Spanish Bombs”—Mockingbird Hill is an iconoclast among bars.
